The Music Day

Meet Gege de Monmartre, a French singer and an accordion player! On Friday, the 20th of June all P'titCREF groups and their teachers will celebrate the French Music holiday together with Gege. We invite parents to join us!

It is a traditional event for many countries now. It first took place in 1982 in Paris as the Fête de la Musique and ever since the festival has become an international phenomenon.

We will take kids to our little park to play games especially prepared for this day by the French teachers. And at 11:30 we will welcome parents to join their children in the park to listen to beautiful French music Gege plays. We hope to enjoy good weather, good chat and good snack. The buffet will be sponsored by our partners «Le Bon Gout» http://www.lebongout.ru/

The Fête de la Musique, also known as "The worldwide celebration of music", is an annual music festival taking place on June 21 in cities around the world. It was created by the French Minister of Culture, Jack Lang.
